PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

§         Developing best practices– Identified and created new business offerings driven by market demand, competitor activity, current path of technology and potential of market share increase and profit.  Discovered, evaluated and coordinated with potential business partners and negotiated partner agreements.  Constructed a roll-out plan; including market strategies and business plan to assist in the implementation of the new service offerings. 

§         Providing useful and financially significant solutions– Expanded the number of potential solutions by incorporating both experience and technology.  Many difficult issues have been resolved by using a combination of troubleshooting, Socratic method, Six Sigma techniques and common sense, constructing models of both current and proposed environments, then with the help of software and mathematical instruments to determine potential outcomes, utilizing both objective and anecdotal data to confirm the validity of these outcomes, simple but elegant solutions to these complex situations were devised.  Focusing on issues returning the most in terms of finance and efficiency were chosen to maximize all efforts exerted.

§         Providing customer value – Developed business strategies around proven management techniques t provide a solid return on investments.  Focused on revenue generation and cost reduction through proper resource allocation, job/process simplification, electronic commerce and improved information and data-providing for front-line workers.  This strategy has resulted in long-term, results-driven engagements, satisfied clients with numerous referrals into other organizations.

§         Consistently delivering successful projects – Utilized proven project management techniques and strategies to provide solid, consistent oversight for both simple and enterprise-wide projects.  Cultivated teams of developers to organize, plan, code and implement new and innovative products; ranging from new eCommerce Web sites to E911 systems, to database driven process sites, to decision support packages and internal/external role-based portal systems.  These systems also provided management assistance in making what-if decisions.  Led large, complex projects while working with numerous multi-national companies.  In many cases provided technical review and code testing.  Worked closely with senior client executives to attain buy-in, keep expectations within scope and earn enterprise support.  Provided leadership and mentoring to project team members as they worked through plan development, plan execution, operation of new business processes/systems, as well as providing technical and other support for these new processes.

§         Cultivating new business – Developed line of business-focused Strategic Selling Methodology to increase sales in process-focused technologies; including documenting and setting records and tracking of contacts etc.  Worked with various teams to build a sales support system to permit proper and timely recording of sales activities.  This methodology is in-place and working in several organizations.

§         Developing current, compelling and pertinent courses covering multiple topics– Conceived, developed, documented and led training for myriad of complex topics.  All materials could be delivered as is or with simple changes customized to fit a particular client’s special challenges and needs.  An online repository was designed and created allowing prompt proposal creation, as-needed courseware deployment and easy customization of all content.  Wide range of topics was covered; from management practices and engineering to high-end IT processes.

§         Led process improvement engagements to enhance the end-user experience for managers in a large REIT; improving overall productivity and effectiveness of all properties.

§         Managed comprehensive process assessment assignments with multiple manufacturing organizations and other process-centric organizations.
